What can you expect as
a creative partner at a
CREATIVE Women's Week event?
Vendors (Creative Partners)
Are Chosen with Intention
At Creative Women’s Week, Creative Partners are not just here to sell — they are an integral part of the experience.
Each Creative Partner is carefully selected to ensure they align with the heart of what I create: a space where women feel supported, inspired, and truly valued.
I look for Creative Partners who are:
Collaborative over competitive
Kind, patient, and approachable
Genuinely invested in helping other women create and succeed
The women at these retreats aren’t just customers — they are part of a shared experience.
That means the Creative Partners I bring in are the kind of women who will:
Take the time to answer questions
Encourage and uplift others
Celebrate creativity in all forms
Show up with a spirit of generosity and connection
My goal is to build long-term relationships with Creative Partners, welcoming the same aligned women back year after year. This consistency helps create a familiar, trusted, and deeply connected experience for everyone involved.
A beautiful example of this is Marlene Hunter, our Creative Memories/Forever Creative Partner. Marlene has been part of the Saskatchewan events and has now moved into Manitoba. She embodies the same values as Creative Women’s Week, making our partnership a natural and lasting collaboration.
Of course, I also ensure Creative Partners bring quality products and meaningful creative value, whether that’s through their supplies, expertise, or the make-and-takes they offer.
But more than anything, I choose Creative Partners based on how they show up.
Because the truth is — the energy in the room matters.
When you fill a space with women who support, encourage, and lift each other up, something truly special happens.
That’s the standard I hold, and it’s why Creative Women’s Week feels the way it does.

What Is the Creative Partner Process
If You Are a Creative Partner and Staying as a Participant
You are registered the same as every other participant, with the added benefit of being a Creative Partner.
You will pay the same fees as all other participants.
You will be given a crafting table, seated in a corner with your pod of ladies. This allows you to set up and manage your shop right beside you while still fully participating in the experience.
Additional Creative Partner Opportunities
You will have access to the event Facebook group, where you can:
Take pre-orders
Share sales and promotions
Post about your products as often as you like
This group is never dissolved, so you can continue selling there long-term.
Creative Women's Week Will
Provide Creative Partner coupons as prizes to encourage shopping
Welcome your collaboration and feedback to help create a more profitable and enjoyable experience for you
Creative Partner Contributions
Host a make-and-take (approximately 24 ladies)
Provide 12 prize items (approximately $10 value each — clearance items welcome)
If You Are a Vendor Driving Back & Forth (Not Staying On-Site)
If you are local and not staying at the retreat, we can create a flexible arrangement that works for you.
Instead of full registration, we will customize your participation
(typically covering things like meals and prize participation, depending on your needs)
You will still:
Have space to set up and sell your products
Participate in the Facebook group promotions
Be included in the overall retreat experience as a vendor
Vendor Contributions (same as above):
Host a make-and-take (approx. 24 ladies)
Provide 12 prize items (approx. $10 value each)
Additional Details (For All Creative Partners)
There are no booth fees or additional costs to set up
Tables are provided and set up for you as per your specifications.
You will provide via email:
A photo
Website link
A short write-up (50 words or less) for the Creative Women’s Week website
Bonus: If you have a website, it is greatly appreciated if you mention that you are a Creative Partner
with Creative Women’s Week and include a link to the website.
It is also helpful if you actively market to help fill the event. Most events are capped at 24 participants so I can provide hands-on support to each woman using the available tools, such as printing 13x19 photos, digitizing negatives, or using equipment like the ScanNCut and other tools they may not be familiar with. All of this is included with their registration.
I will be highlighting you as a Creative Partner on the website, as well as across Facebook and Instagram, to help boost your visibility Canada-wide.
Your feedback and ideas are always welcome as I continue to refine and elevate the Creative Partner experience.
This Isn’t a Vendor Market—It’s a Collaboration
Creative Women’s Week is a space where women come to create, connect, and feel inspired—and the collaborators I bring in are a big part of that experience.
I intentionally design each event as an experience-first retreat, not a traditional vendor market. That means I collaborate with businesses who are excited to engage, connect, and contribute in meaningful ways—not just sell.
If you’re looking for a high-volume sales environment, this likely isn’t the right fit.
If you’re excited to be part of something more immersive, creative, and community-driven, I would love to learn more about you and your business.
