Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 60 days before our event. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot. Since this is a long event, it is more difficult for work time off to attendees, therefore spots are harder to fill.

  2. You may cancel by email at creativewomensweek@gmail.com. 

  3. Your initial 150.00 deposit is non refundable.

  4. If you are paying via payments, and you have not paid your balance in full by February 3 2025, your spot will be given to the next lady in line.  All payments made up to that point are non refundable. It is vital to remember to pay your balance owing by February 3rd to retain your spot for the event and the funds you have put towards the event!!  Creative Women's Week provides payment flexibility and complete autonomy regarding payments as a courtesy to attendees. Chasing funds and making more work for ourselves is not something we will take on to provide financial flexibility to our attendees. Should you find yourself in an unexpected difficult financial position, please connect with us at createivewomensweek@gmail.com or 306-513-5618 to discuss solutions before the February 3rd due date has passed.  

  5. Cancellations made before March 1, 2025 will receive a refund of all paid fees less the $150.00 non refundable deposit via e-transfer to the email address provided on your online registration form.

  6. If you paid via credit card, your reimbursement will still be provided via E-transfer.

  7. If your cancellation is less than 60 days before the event, or (March 1 2025) no refunds are provided unless we can fill your spot.  If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all funds paid less the $150.00 non refundable amount.  If we cannot full your spot, no refund will be provided for any reason.

  8. If less than 60 days before the event, and you have someone to fill your spot, we are happy to transfer your spot to someone else.  Your replacement will pay you for your spot and no reimbursement will be issues from Creative Women's Week.  Your replacement will be required to complete online registration before acceptance.  Your replacement will be in your sleeping arrangement.  We cannot guarantee diet or any other preferences can be considered with a late admittance.  Please email creativewomensweek@gmail.com or call 306-513-5618 to discuss any preferences.
