Refund and Cancellation Policy

Each Creative Women's Week event has a different date for cancellation. Your cancellation policy is listed in the registration process.

You may cancel by email at creativewomensweek@gmail.com.

Your initial 250.00 deposit is non refundable.

Should you find yourself in an unexpected difficult financial position, please connect with us at createivewomensweek@gmail.com or 306-513-5618 to discuss solutions. Creative Women's Week will always try to work with you when life situations arise.

If you paid via credit card, your reimbursement will still be provided via E-transfer.

If your cancellation is less than 60 days before the event, no refunds are provided unless we can fill your spot. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all funds paid less the $250.00 non refundable amount. If we cannot full your spot, no refund will be provided for any reason.

If less than 60 days before the event, and you have someone to fill your spot, we are happy to transfer your spot to someone else. Your replacement will pay you for your spot and no reimbursement will be issues from Creative Women's Week. Your replacement will be required to complete online registration before acceptance. Your replacement will be in your sleeping arrangement. We cannot guarantee diet or any other preferences can be considered with a late admittance.
