Value Overview:
What you are really getting at
CREATIVE Women's Week?

Full Transparency

I want to be fully transparent about something. When I first expanded Creative Women’s Week, my intention was to build it into something that could generate income. But when I started that, I realized that approach didn’t feel aligned with my values. What felt right — and what still feels right — is creating something meaningful for women while doing something I genuinely love. So I chose to continue with a heart-centered model.

I do not make money from these events. The only thing I receive is my own ticket. Every dollar goes directly back into the venue, the food, the prizes, the tools, and the overall experience. This isn’t about profit — it’s about giving back and creating something truly special for the women who attend. 💕

At first glance, you might be thinking… “Whoa — there’s no way I’m paying $995 for a week of crafting.”

I hear that all the time.

Until women take a closer look.

When you break it down, many are already paying around $200 for a no-frills weekend crop — and that often doesn’t include meals, accommodations, tools, or extras. Add in hotels, food, and supplies, and the cost climbs quickly… sometimes to nearly the same, or more.

If it is a fund raiser, one can go home broke!

Women will spend hundreds (and often thousands) on paper, embellishments, tools, and travel without hesitation — or choose events that are $50 less per day, but come with far less value.

What’s hard to see at first is what’s missing.

Because the truth is…
you can’t miss what you’ve never experienced.

Until you’ve walked into a space where everything is taken care of, where you have room to breathe, create, connect, and be fully supported — it’s easy to compare based on price alone.

But Creative Women’s Week isn’t a “no-frills” crop.

It’s an experience.

And once women experience it… they understand 💕

Every Detail Matters

One of the things I love most about Creative Women’s Week is how it continues to grow and evolve — because of you.

I remember once hearing a woman casually mention that she would have loved cold brew coffee at the event.

That was all it took.

I went home, bought a cold brew system, learned how to make it properly… and now cold brew is available at every Creative Women’s Week event.

That’s how much the little things matter to me.

After every retreat, I send out a survey and genuinely take the time to read through every response. From there, I implement as many suggestions as I possibly can.

Because this isn’t about running a one-size-fits-all event.

It’s about creating an experience that feels:
✨ Thoughtful
✨ Personalized
✨ Continuously improving
✨ Designed around what you actually want and need

Every detail you see — and many you don’t — are there because someone before you shared an idea, a wish, or a small moment that could have made their experience even better.

And I listened.

That’s what allows Creative Women’s Week to feel the way it does 💕

How So Much Value Is Created for What You Pay

One of the questions I get — and honestly, a fair one — is:

“How are you able to offer so much for this price?”

The answer is simple… and also very intentional.

I am incredibly resourceful when it comes to where money is spent — and where it isn’t.

I choose venues that are willing to offer a better rate because we’re there for a full week, negotiate off season rates and it helps they know my events will be annual. I negotiate wherever I can, often taking on things like table setup, restocking, and cleaning myself to reduce costs.

I put a lot of time into sourcing and creating — whether that’s making table swag myself or finding ways to offer more without increasing the price. I shop sales, buy in bulk, and look for opportunities to stretch every dollar as far as it can go.

My husband is also a huge part of this. Together, we use his skills and our laser cutter to create custom prizes and table favors — which allows me to add more thoughtful, meaningful touches without adding more cost.

I utilize everything in our "we shed" like the sublimation printers, heat presses and other things to create custom items.  I also collaborate within the crafting community whenever possible — partnering with others to provide items at a lower cost in exchange for visibility and exposure.

And yes… sometimes it feels like I “beg, borrow, and get creative” to make it all come together.

But that’s the point.

Because every decision I make comes back to this:

👉 How can I give more to the women attending — without asking them to pay more?

I put the money into the areas that matter most to your experience… and find creative ways to reduce costs everywhere else.

That’s how Creative Women’s Week delivers the level of value that it does 💕

That is the reason so many of the testimonials about Creative Women's Week mentions the

value you get for your money.

I look forward to you experiencing this too!!
